Branding and Education for a New Botox Injection System

SPLASH partnered with NavaClick as an ongoing creative and strategic partner to help build the brand, digital ecosystem, and educational content behind a new precision injection system for Botox and neurotoxin delivery.

From early positioning and launch strategy to packaging, Shopify development, photography, video, ongoing social and campaign content, the work has focused on helping injectors understand a new category of syringe technology while supporting long-term growth within aesthetic medicine.

The Challenge

NavaClick entered the aesthetics market with a fundamentally different way to deliver Botox and other neurotoxins. Unlike traditional syringes that rely on printed measurement lines, NavaClick uses tactile clicks to deliver precise dosing.

The challenge was not only launching the product, but helping injectors quickly understand what it was, how it worked, and why it mattered in real clinical workflows — all while operating within FDA communication standards.

Education, credibility, and clarity became central to the brand system from day one.

Ongoing Content & Community

Social content functions as an active extension of the product — not promotion for promotion’s sake, but structured education designed to shift behavior. We lead ongoing messaging that clearly explains how the system works, why it improves clinical workflow, and how its cost is offset by efficiency, reduced waste, and precision.

The strategy blends IRB-backed data, hands-on demonstrations, and practitioner voices to build conviction over time. Each piece of content is designed not only to inform, but to move practitioners from awareness to trial — positioning NavaClick as a forward-thinking solution within its category.

Regulated Commerce Infrastructure

The Shopify experience is built to support FDA-aligned purchasing, including verified practitioner accounts and controlled access. All site updates are reviewed with the Director of Quality and Regulatory Assurance to ensure continued compliance while maintaining a seamless digital experience.

Educational & Sales Assets

Educational and sales tools were developed to support injector training, onboarding, trade shows, and day-to-day sales communication — helping make the NavaClick system clear, approachable, and consistent across every touchpoint.

Designed for the Clinical Environment

The packaging system balances sophistication with utility. Five sliding trays create order and accessibility within the practitioner’s workspace.

Structural cues support reorder awareness, while a secure, easy-release opening maintains both safety and efficiency. Every detail reinforces precision through design, not decoration.
