After years of reduced presence in North America, the return of the Snapper brand came with strong nostalgia from dealers who had grown up with and previously carried the brand. The relaunch needed to reconnect with the loyalty Snapper once had while introducing a new generation of products under new stewardship.

SPLASH Creatives partnered on the relaunch of the Snapper brand, developing the creative systems, launch content, and immersive trade show experiences that helped bring the comeback to life. The launch focused on reconnecting Snapper to the quality, durability, pride, and family traditions that made the brand memorable in the first place.

Campaign Direction

The relaunch campaign centered around heritage storytelling and modern product performance. A 30-second commercial followed a homeowner mowing his lawn with the new Snapper T42 before transitioning into nostalgic flashbacks of working alongside his father years earlier. The story connected generations through familiar moments — garage rituals, lawn care, and time spent outdoors together.

The spot blended cinematic lifestyle visuals with product-focused details, reinforcing the idea that Snapper has always been a trusted part of American lawn care.

Brand Heritage Content

Since 1951, Snapper has been part of American lawn care culture. Past campaigns featured names like Kelsey Grammer and Brett Favre. Vintage commercials and archival clips were paired with the new product line to create social content that connected the brand’s history with its comeback and helped attract former dealers back to the brand.

Equip Expo Launch Experiences

Across multiple years of Equip Expo launches and brand activations, SPLASH Creatives developed live booth presentations and immersive brand moments designed to draw attendees into the space and reintroduce the Snapper brand to dealers and industry partners.

The experience included hosted product shows, a Forrest Gump-inspired photo moment with custom Fujifilm instant photo frames, and curated gallery walls featuring vintage Snapper memorabilia and archival pieces sourced for the booth. Together, the elements tapped into the strong nostalgia and excitement dealers already had for the brand, helping reintroduce Snapper to a new generation and build momentum around becoming part of its next chapter.
